Overview

The Government District is an area of Athkatla, usually reserved for noblemen and the wealthy, and it is where the Council of Six reside.

NPCs

The only NPCs in the normal game available in the Government District are Jan Jansen and Viconia De'Vir.

To get Jan, you need to ward off the politicians accosting him for selling illegal weaponry, these 'Flashers'. If you choose the wrong dialogue path he can go to prison. If you still want Jan when he is in prison, you will have to pay 800 Gold Coins for his release.

To get Viconia, you will have to release her from the stake she is being burned from. Doing this means fighting the Fanatics that want to burn her. If she joins you group, you will incur a reputation penalty of 2.
